Leading proptech firm Eurolink has promoted Duwayne Lake to a newly created role as Head of Service Desk within its Service Operations team.
Duwayne, who has been with Eurolink for 11 years will align the technical and software support teams into a new Service Desk operation with first, second and third line specialists to provide support and infrastructure services for the firm’s prestigious client base of estate, letting and managing agents.
Duwayne said he is delighted to have the opportunity to grow and develop the firms relationship with its clients at the heart of its operation.

The new Service Desk will draw upon a pool of knowledge drawn from people with experience working in the property and technology sectors specifically tasked to build on the already high level support standards set by the company” said Duwayne.
