Our Service Desk has had another great month with over a 1,000 support tickets closed so far and very positive feedback received by those they have helped.
Here’s a some of the feedback left by clients after receiving help from our Service Desk team.
And they did just as well with the ratings too. Every time a support ticket is marked as ‘Closed’ we ask for a rating out of 10 on how that issue was handled and resolved. The average rating for November was an incredible 9.3 out of 10. Well done, team!
