New portal will strengthen relationships between estate agents, their landlords and tenants

Leading proptech firm Eurolink has launched a new portal for clients of its Veco™ property software designed to revolutionise the way estate agents communicate and interact with their landlords and tenants.

With the portal landlords have the ability to request services at the click of a button, view and download tenancy statements and documents and sign tenancy documents electronically via DocuSign®, widely accepted by estate agents as a trusted industry standard.

For tenants the portal allows access to view important tenancy details, report maintenance problems as well as being a place to set up direct debits for rent payments via secure online payment service GoCardless®.

Most importantly the service for landlords and tenants will be available to access anywhere, at any time and from any internet capable device.

The new portal has been developed in consultation with existing Veco™ property software users, can be white-labelled with the estate agents branding and the first of the firm’s clients to go live is Cocoon www.mycocoon.co.uk
