Thanks to you we have enjoyed another year of growth with a further 12 property management and estate agency businesses now using Veco™ software services. These businesses have come to us through recommendation or referral; the highest endorsement of our software and services and a fact we are very proud of.
We have also seen growth in the number following us on Twitter which now stands at just over 3125 attracted to the mix of news and articles published by us throughout the past year. In the last year we now regularly distribute our news via Linked In and Facebook also.
This year we have sent you 866,000 emails communicating Eurolink news, useful tips and case studies, in 82 campaigns uniquely opened 86,000 times resulting in almost 1800 clicks through to our Eurolink website.
And that’s not all – in the last year we have extended our service desk opening hours, recruited new professional personnel in the areas of service desk, project delivery and client relationship management and delivered significant new functionality and improvements in our quarterly software updates; all part of our commitment to ensuring our property management and estate agency clients are our number one priority.
All this and we also welcomed a third ‘Eurolink Paul’ to the world; a baby son for our service desk consultant Elena Cook and her husband Andrew!
We already have plans to bring exciting new services in 2017, our 27th year!
During the festive period our service desk is open as usual with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
