FREE! Veco Training Sessions – January 2019

As promised, we are running another set of free training sessions at our Leatherhead office!  We have limited space so please register your interest quickly before they get snapped up.

 

The training sessions we ran back in October went so well we decided not to wait too long to organise the next set.  Regular system training is vital to ensure your staff are getting the most out of Veco.  We regularly update the system and improvements can be missed, especially as users get into routines and habits form.

We’ve included a Data Entry and Navigation session this time around which is the perfect course for any new starters who are yet to receive training from us.  The benefits of being trained by us rather than a colleague are that there is always a chance the user teaching someone else doesn’t have the most up to date information. They may not have had training themselves for some time or they have formed habits that are not necessarily best practice or the most straight forward route to what they want to achieve.

If you would like to reserve a space for yourself or your colleague(s) please contact us on crm@eurolink.co – please note due to the popularity of our free training sessions and the limited space we have available no more than three users from one company may attend the same session.

Monday 21st January
9:30am – 1pm Data Entry and Navigation
For new users
1:30 pm – 5pm Negotiator and Marketing
For negotiators and administrative support staff who have already been trained on Data Entry and Navigation

Tuesday 22nd January
9:30am – 5pm Accounts Training including:
– Accounts posting
– Movement of monies between accounts
– Payment run
– Statements
– Supplier discounts
– Bank reconciliation
– Direct debit payments
– Problem solving/correcting mistakes
This is for accounts users who have been trained on Data Entry and Navigation and use Veco regularly.

Wednesday 23rd January
9:30am – 1pm Mail Merge, Tasks and Workflows
Perfect for managers and administrators producing documents and overseeing team tasks to ensure completion
1:30pm – 5pm Property Management, Repairs, Works Orders, Tenancy Progression and Set Up and Deposit Deductions
For property management staff who have already been trained on Data Entry and Navigation
