Eurolink is to roll out unlimited Veco™ user licensing and unlimited Veco™ portal upload functionality to all clients as part of its ongoing commitment to offer a fair, transparent and responsive service offering.
The service upgrade, which was introduced for new clients in October, also includes unlimited access to Eurolink’s highly-skilled service desk, which has extended its opening hours to 8.30am to 6pm.
Clients will be able to enjoy the boosted offering within their monthly software service subscription fee.
Nigel Poole, managing director at Eurolink, says: “We decided on the upgrade as part of our ongoing commitment to operate a fair, transparent and modern property technology business model.
“Extending the offering to all of our clients is the right thing to do in recognition of their continued loyalty.”
He adds: “Cost management was a key concern raised by guests at our roundtable debate on the government’s proposed ban on upfront letting fees in March.
“We’ve listened to our clients’ needs and responded accordingly as part of our responsive service offering.
“The subscription model removes the upfront capital cost, making our software much more accessible for both new and existing clients.”
