Leading property software developer Eurolink has launched the first phase of an aggressive recruitment drive after enjoying a record breaking year.
The company posted its largest sales figure in 2014, which included its best ever year-on-year results, up almost 40% on 2013 since being established in 1990.
Eurolink’s latest success has led to the creation of a number of jobs across the business, including sales, client services and software development posts, as the company looks to build on the reputation of its Veco™ product over the coming 12 months.
This expansion supports ground breaking projects for Eurolink, including developing a bespoke management and reporting solution for a UK government agency. The first phase of this project has already been deemed a success after its delivery earlier this year.
Richard Murray, Eurolink’s Sales Director, believes Eurolink’s success is down to the strength of its products and staff. He said: “As a company, we faced many challenges last year and it is testament to our staff, values and to the strength of our products that we recorded the most successful sales period in Eurolink’s history.
“This year has the potential to be even greater and we are particularly excited about our strategy for growing our business and our development plans for our Veco™ property software application which include further pre-requisite enhancements to our Cloud-based and software as a service (SaaS) deployment options. The development strategy as such meets a real need for our customers and opens some exciting doors for Eurolink in 2015.
Based on the fringe of London in Leatherhead, Surrey, Eurolink’s software solutions and services benefit organisations who are required to achieve and maintain compliance to various standards through the lifetime of an estate agency transaction. The company currently has more than 5000 users in the UK with a satellite office in Leeds serving an ever growing northern client base.
The company’s growth, through working with leading estate agency brands is helping to fund the company’s latest recruitment drive. Richard Murray added: “Each year we continue to re-invest in the business, and particularly heavily in our products. We are always looking to improve and in turn help customers get a return on their investment. An example of this is in the recent success of our new, Veco™ mobile application, which is being well received by our customer base.”
Nicola Murray, Eurolink’s HR Director and industry recruitment expert, said: “Eurolink is an excellent example of a UK company which, through innovation, expertise and quality, has carved out significant new markets across the UK.
“We will be sourcing people from within the property software sector who can bring added value to Eurolink as it continues on its remarkable growth trajectory.”
Murray continued: “Our business is growing, our products and their capabilities are increasing and our mobile applications are improving. With a growing product suite and increased staff quota, we look forward to 2015 and will be well equipped for the challenges it will bring.”
Eurolink will be looking to fill various positions across their Sales, Client Services and Development departments, with a specific focus on recruiting high quality individuals with experience in working in the property software sector.
