How would you describe your experience with Evolution IT?
Totally satisfied and delighted with the swift personal attention we always receive, even when it is something minor or even our own mistake.

What have been the greatest benefits you’ve experienced as an Evolution IT client?
Being totally secure in the knowledge that whatever transpires by way of an IT problem then Duwayne, Ricki, or one of the team will get on the case without delay and calmly sort things out.

Is there anything we could improve or do differently?
I personally don’t like having to file a ticket online and prefer to be able to just pick up the phone and speak with someone.

How likely are you to recommend Evolution IT to other businesses? Highly likely. In my experience, there is no one better to deal with our IT support and am happy to recommend Evolution IT to other businesses

Is there anything else you would like to comment on or say about Evolution IT?
Duwayne and Ricki aren’t just good at their jobs, they’re a pleasure to deal with, always calm and cheerful and never get flustered.
