The Eurolink Support Agreement provides for everything you’ve been looking for from end to end coverage, global consistency, and high service quality, supplied by fully trained competent systems engineers and customer service personnel.

We operate a UK based help-desk manned by our own experts using our own call-logging and tracking systems. The majority of software questions can be resolved by talking the problem through with an operator and in some cases by remote connection to your system. However, in the unlikely event that a solution cannot be completed remotely, a software engineer or consultant will be allocated to resolve the issue.

Version Upgrades

In addition, the Eurolink Support Agreement provides for Approved Version Upgrades and our clients also enjoy the free use of our support resource centre via our website with many frequently asked questions answered. The support resource centre also contains a detailed software update history as well as allowing our clients access to free downloads and upgrades.
